Acupuncture -provides effective treatment for numerous conditions by balancing the flow of vital life energy (chi) in order to stimulate the body’s own healing potential and restore health. The body contains meridians that are pathways through which the energy of the universe circulates throughout the body organs. Pain occurs when one or more of the pathways become blocked, disrupting the energy flow and breaking the body’s harmony. Needles are inserted into the body on meridian points to unblock energy pathways.

Aromatherapy - therapeutic properties of pure essential oils extracted from flowers, leaves, herbs, bark and roots are used to improve physical, mental and emotional health. Treatment involves various applications of these oils to the body in massage, compresses, inhalations, diffusers, spritzers, baths, creams and lotions. The molecular composition of pure essential oils allows for easy absorption through the skin, helping to stimulate circulation and lymph flow; soothe the nervous system; and assist the detoxification and revitalization of the cells.

Bio-Computer Operating System (BOS) - a very powerful, non-invasive, healing modality wherein the brain’s energetic computer is used to change unhealthy physical, emotional and spiritual symptoms to a healthy communication, thereby eliminating pain, symptoms of stress, allergies, headaches, among other symptoms of illness.

Chiropractic - a form of health care that prevents disease and maintains a patient’s health and well-being through spinal manipulation without the use of drugs or surgery. Chiropractic focuses on the relationship between the spinal column, the nervous system, the circulatory system, and a patient’s nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle choices.

Clinical Hypnotherapy - used as a tool to assist in positive behavioural change by inducing the relaxation response to enhance health and well-being. Effective in areas such as pain management; weight loss; stopping smoking; stress/anxiety management including phobias and fears; and assists to control dysfunctional behaviour due to unconscious programming.

Colonics - referred to as colon irrigation, colon therapy or high enemas. Involves the use of water for inner cleansing that washes away toxic waste accumulated on the walls of the colon. Promotes healthy colon function, which is essential for the absorption of vital nutrients and elimination of waste.

Crystals / Rocks - used as a means of healing and connecting to our true Self. Each crystal has its own unique vibration and purpose. Different gemstones are used as stimulators, balancers, tranquillizers, and amplifiers of healing processes.

Ear Coning Therapy - a technique using hollow candles, made from cotton strips coated with 100% beeswax, are inserted into the ear and lit at the opposite end. As the candle burns, a gentle vacuum is created that painlessly draws the toxins and debris from the ear canal up into the hollow opening of the candle, bringing balance to the ear, nose and throat.

Energy Balancing - involves re-patterning and alignment of the human energy field to more harmonious frequencies of vibration. Aligning to these higher vibrations has the effect of enhancing healing and maintaining well-being by balancing and clearing the energy field.

Family & Organizational Mediation - involves a Mediator (neutral third party) working with individuals or groups who are in conflict and cannot come up with a resolution to their issue(s). The mediator provides a respectful process of communication between parties, assisting them to come up with their own solutions to the problem that are seen as fair and equitable by both parties.

Flower Essences - herbal infusions or decoctions, made from the flowering part of the plant, which uniquely address emotional and mental aspects of wellness. The first 38 flower remedies were formulated by a British physician, Dr. Edward Bach, in the 1930's, although new remedies from other plant species are now available.

Healing Touch - an energy modality used to clear, energize, and balance the human and environmental energy fields. The hands move over the area of the fully clothed body removing energy blocks and congestion to reduce pain, stress and illness in the body. An accredited course of study utilizing many techniques from various teachers and cultures.

Herbalist - a certified practitioner using herbs in combination with diet and lifestyle changes to correct imbalances associated with various health concerns including fatigue, sleeping disorders, digestion, sinus conditions, recurring infections, menstrual difficulties, heart conditions, cancer and HIV.

Homeopathic Medicine - a natural pharmaceutical science that uses various plants, minerals or animal secretions, in a very small dose, to stimulate the sick person’s natural defences. The medicines are individually chosen for their ability to cause in overdose the similar symptoms the person is experiencing; thus like cures like.

Intuitive Self Enlightenment - the process of embracing those beliefs and experiences and holding those wounded parts of your self in compassion so that they can heal. Those parts of your self that you perceive as obstacles, walls, or blocks transmute into stepping stones and launching pads that help you recognize and live the magnificence of who you are.

Iridology - the study of the eye as a window into the health of the body. Specific regions of the iris correspond to specific areas of the body. Iridology attempts to identify inherited strengths, weaknesses, and general illness patterns rather than to name specific diseases. Particularly useful when diagnosis reached through standard methods is unclear.

Light & Sound Tuning - all things in nature vibrate to sound, light and colour. When vibration is in balance the body is healthy. When a disease or dis-ease is present we can become unhealthy. With the aid of tuning forks, it is possible to use sound to project the correct resonant frequency of that part of the body which is vibrating out of harmony, back into the body, causing it to return to its natural frequency and return to a state of balance.

Massage - a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage helps alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain syndromes. It can also greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning developed after accidents involving trauma and injury.

Myotherapy - a system of relieving acute and chronic muscle pain by applying pressure to highly sensitive spots in the muscle tissue called trigger points, followed by exercises that stretch and retrain the muscles.
